On Friday, July 8th 2011 the 40th Reunion for DeLaSalle and St Catherine's Academy was held at the Ancient Order of Hibernians in Newport, RI.

The following invitation was sent out and dozens of alumni from both schools responded:

After everyone had gotten a chance to say hello to each other, a commemorative ceremony was held for the classmates who are no longer with us.  A candle was lit for each of the classmates that remained burning throughout the evening.  The remembered classmates were:

Sal DePasquale
Mike McCarthy

The following prayer was read in memory of our departed classmates followed by a moment of silence.

After the ceremony, the following menu was served by local Newport chef Alan Tkachuk:

After dinner, the classmates broke up into groups and reminisced about our high school days.
